Often, we forget about the importance of reflecting on our past. A light-hearted attitude towards life tends to fade away along with memories from childhood.  I created this piece in attempt to reach back into the past to try to find and emulate a younger version of myself.  I am trying to make sure that I do not lose my sense of curiosity and adventure as I grow into adulthood.  As a child, I had always dreamed to make my own giant snail like the one created in the 1967 version of Dr. Dolittle, so I had decided to listen to my younger self's intuitions while making my giant snail.
