Deception
is based on the idea of perception being a lie.
We each have our own beliefs of what is true,
but things are not always how they seem. For example, we are not able to explain
what gravity is, but we just “know” that it exists.
In Deception,
my intention is to emphasize this idea. I wanted to create an illusion by using
a solid and heavy weight element and present it in a way that deceives the eye.
