wood, glue
24" x 18" x 2"
This piece was a continuation of my work with cutting veneers of wood. In this piece I played with shaping the slices without breaking them. In order to highlight their width, I made the arrows "float". The arrow was selected as a cohesive shape that could be varied and could create a sense of confusion.
