Two beings, steel and bamboo, meet. One is organic, and derived from nature. The other being is rigid, and formed by man. Steel wants the land that bamboo grows on. Bamboo wants to grow as far as it can.
This piece explores the nature of these two materials and how they can be shaped and combined until the distinctions between organic and man-made fade and the two beings can meet once again in a new form.
